The Scottish FA are committed to giving all children of all ages and abilities the opportunity to flourish in our national game. The future World Cup stars of tomorrow need to be nurtured today. Through our many initiatives, we are determined to ensure the continued growth of grassroots football which, in turn, will help create a path from youth participation to elite international performance and create new heroes in the men's and women's games.

In order to achieve this, we need your help. The Scottish FA are currently conducting the game’s biggest-ever football census to discover how many of us play the game, who they are, where they are and who supports them in their development.

Completing this census will enable us to update the number of active participants, help us understand current trends in our game and better allocate resources relating to children’s football.

Collecting the associated coach and volunteer information will also allow the Scottish FA to better support and develop the volunteers and coaches who underpin our national game on a daily basis.
