Soccer School Terms & Conditions

1. Your application form must be accompanied by the appropriate fee. Payment of fee will be considered a course member's acceptance of these conditions of enrolment.

2. Applications are accepted on a first come, first served basis. Although applications will be accepted up to course commencement, it should be noted that a course will be cancelled if there are insufficient applicants 21 days prior to commencement.

3. St. Mirren/SFA/Community Coach/Football Development Officer reserves the right to cancel or amend the arrangements for any course. In this event, any course member unable to transfer to an alternative course will be issued with a full refund, and SMFC will not be responsible for any further compensation.

4. Intimation of cancellation of a course member's part must be received by SMFC at least seven days prior to course commencement. In this event, a full refund will be issued.

5. Insurance cover will be provided, although this will not extend to damage or loss to a course member's personal property.

6. The course member agrees to abide by the rules laid down by The St. Mirren Football Club Association and their staff.
